The board of directors Bliss GVS Pharma Limited has recommended Final dividend of 100%, i.e. 1 Rupee per equity share on face value of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company ('41st AGM').
