PNC Infratech Ltd executes settlement agreement NHAI

PNC Infratech Limited (Company) has announced regarding execution of Settlement Agreement between National Highways Authority of India (NHAI/Procuring Entity) and PNC Infratech Limited ('Agra Bypass Project') for an amount of Rs. 234,99,03,465 (Two hundred thirty-four crores ninety-nine lakhs three thousand four hundred sixtyfive only) towards the 'one time settlement' under the 'Vivad Se Vishwas fII (Contractual Disputes)' Scheme of Government of India, on 12 May 2026 in the evening to be received by the Company from NHAI.

Shares of PNC Infratech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 218.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 221.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16245 in over 412 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 221.50 and intraday low of 216.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3546890.00.
