Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Ltd has announced the business updates for the month ended 30 April 2026, along with progress on our ongoing strategic growth initiatives.

1. During April 2026, the Company secured consolidated orders worth Rs. 70.82 crore, led by the Pharma sector (Rs. 40.01 crore), followed by Renewable Energy (Rs. 29.25 crore) and Others (Rs. 1.56 crore). From a business vertical standpoint, Rs. 40.01 crore was contributed by Cleanroom Partitions and Rs. 30.81 crore by HVAC Systems.

2. As of 30 April 2026, our consolidated order book stands at Rs. 229.25 crore, comprising Renewable Energy (Rs. 124.92 crore), Pharma (Rs. 89.06 crore), Data Centres (Rs. 4.91 crore), Semiconductors (Rs. 0.50 crore), and Others (Rs. 9.86 crore).

3. Orders under active consideration total Rs. 407.16 crore, with major opportunities in Renewable Energy (Rs. 198.52 crore), Pharma (Rs. 100.13 crore), Data Centres (Rs. 22.50 crore), and Others (Rs. 86.01 crore).

4. During the month, the Company achieved significant business milestones by securing major orders from leading players in the healthcare and renewable energy sectors, including a Rs. 31 crore order for Cleanroom Partitions and a Rs. 29.25 crore Letter of Intent (LOI) for HVAC systems. These developments further reinforce the Company's growing market presence and its capability to execute large-scale integrated cleanroom and HVAC projects across high-growth industries.

Shares of Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 290.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 302.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42000 in over 46 trades.
