Pfizer Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 75

The Board of Directors of Pfizer Ltd at its meeting held on May 12, 2026, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 75/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (750%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid on or after August 4, 2026, to those shareholders whose name appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record date i.e., Friday, July 17, 2026.

Shares of Pfizer Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4728.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4876.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4932 in over 732 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4886.85 and intraday low of 4711.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23556325.00.
