Bharat Bijlee Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 35

The board of directors of Bharat Bijlee Limited have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 35/- per fully paid-up equity share (700%) of face value of Rs. 5/- each, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026.

The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 79th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, will be paid to the shareholders within thirty (30) days from the date of the said AGM.

The board has approved and fixed Thursday, July 16, 2026, as the Record Date, for the purpose of payment of Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company, for the Financial Year 2025-2026.
