Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited have recommended a dividend of Rs 2.00/- (Rupees Two only) per Equity Share of Rs 2/- each, for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing 66th Annual General Meeting to be held on June 20, 2026, will be paid on or after June 23, 2026.
