Worth Peripherals Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of Worth Peripherals Limited has recommended a final Dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs. 1 (Rupee one) per equity share of face value of % 10 each, for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The date on which the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 and the date from which dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid will be announced in due course.
