DMR Engineering Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.14

The Board of directors of DMR Engineering Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.14 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
