Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.35

The board of directors of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited has recommended a Final Dividend @ 67.5% i.e. ₹ 1.35/- per Equity Share on the face value of ₹ 2/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM").

The Final Dividend, if approved / declared by the Shareholders at 37th AGM, will be paid on and from the second day from the date of AGM.

Further, the record date for entitlement to the Final Dividend, as well as the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be intimated in due course.

Shares of Advanced Enzyme Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 357.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 359.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32460 in over 1549 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 370.90 and intraday low of 353.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11814495.00.
