IRM Energy Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of IRM Energy Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.5/- per equity share having a face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e., 15%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on a Record Date to be fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company.
