The board of directors of The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited has recommended the final dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026 @20% i.e. Rs. 0.40/- (Rupees Forty Paise Only) per equity share of Rs 2/- each to be declared at the 146th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend if declared will be paid (subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes) within the timelines prescribed under the law.
