Sika Interplant Systems Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The board of directors of Sika Interplant Systems Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 3.50/- (Rupees Three and Fifty paise only) per Equity share of Rs. 2/- of the Company for the financial year ended 31% March 2026. The dividend, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be dispatched / credited within 30 days from the date AGM.
