The Board of Directors of Grindwell Norton Limited have recommended a dividend of ₹19/- per equity share (380%) of ₹5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on Friday, July 24, 2026.
