Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.30

The board of directors of Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Limited has approved the recommendation of a final dividend @130% being Rs.1.30/- per equity share of face value of ₹1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2026 out of the profits of the Company. The dividend will be paid to shareholders within 30 days from the date of the ensuing 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) subject to the approval by the shareholders. The Record Date for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend is fixed as Friday, August 7, 2026.
