Bondada Engineering Ltd receives NOA from NTPC Green Energy Ltd

Bondada Engineering Limited has received a prestigious Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC Green Energy Limited for execution of Balance of System (BOS) works for a 600 MW for Block - 1 & Block - 3 Solar PV Project at Fatehgarh, Rajasthan.

The project will be executed under Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode and includes Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for a period of three (3) years.

The order size is Rs. 816,01,00,201/- (Rupees Eight Hundred and Sixteen Crore One Lakh Two Hundred and One Only)

This marks the second order received from the NTPC Group, taking the cumulative order inflow to approximately INR 1,207 Crore with a total cumulative capacity nearing ~1 GW.

The repeat order reflects the strong confidence of the customer in Bondada's execution capabilities and project delivery standards. Bondada's enhanced execution strength and operational capacity continue to support the successful acquisition and execution of large-scale orders.

This significant order underscores the Company's strong execution capabilities, growing presence in the renewable energy sector, and deepening relationship with marquee PSU clients. The award further strengthens the Company's Solar EPC portfolio and enhances medium-term revenue visibility.

With this order, the Company's total Solar EPC order book in hand has increased to approximately ~5.3 GWp, providing strong execution momentum and sustained growth visibility over the coming quarters.

The project is expected to contribute meaningfully to the Company's revenues and profitability during the execution period while creating long-term value for stakeholders.
