Titan Company Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of directors of Titan Company Ltd has recommended a Dividend of ₹ 15.00 per Equity Share of ₹ 1 each of the Company which shall be paid within seven days from the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
