Lloyds Enterprises Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.05

The board of directors of Lloyds Enterprises Limited has recommended Final Dividend of Re. 0.05 (Rupee Zero and Five Paise only) (i.e. 5%) per Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026, subject to the Shareholders approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the company.
