NOCIL Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of NOCIL Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs.1.50 per share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e.15 % of the face value) which is subject to approval by the Members of the Company at the 64th Annual General Meeting to be held on 3rd August, 2026.
