The board of directors of BMW Industries Ltd has recommended the Final Dividend of 0.43/- per Equity Share, being 43% of the Face Value of Re. 1/- each, for the financial year 2025-26 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
