KPI Green Energy Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The board of directors of KPI Green Energy Limited has recommended Final Dividend of Re. 0.25/- per equity share and Special Dividend of Re. 0.15/- per equity share for Successful Energization of 1 GW IPP Project, totaling to a dividend of Re. 0.40/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.5/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
