Aeroflex Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.40

The board of directors of Aeroflex Industries Limited has recommended the payment of a final dividend of Re. 0.40 (Forty paisa) per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each, (i.e. 20%o) for the financial year ended March 31,2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
