Gomputer Age Management Services Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The board of directors of Computer Age Management Services Limited has recommended the payment of Dividend of Rs. 4.00 per equity share to be approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting as final dividend. The same will be subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 07th July 2026. If approved by the Shareholders, the above Dividend will be paid to those shareholders as on 10th July 2026 which has been fixed as the "Record Date" for determining the members eligible to receive dividend. The dividend will be disbursed on or before 5th August 2026.
