Premier Energies Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of Premier Energies Limited at their meeting held on today i.e. May 04, 2026, have, approved and declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.75 Paisa (i.e. 75%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 1/- each for the Financial Year 2025 26. The payment of the same will be made on or before June 02, 2026.

The Company has already paid 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 25 Paisa (i.e. 25%) per equity share for the year 2025-26 during the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Saturday, the May 09, 2026 as the "Record Date" to ascertain the name of the eligible shareholders / beneficial owners of the equity shares of the Company to whom the aforesaid interim dividend shall be payable.

Shares of Premier Energies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1034.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1016.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42098 in over 1990 trades.
