Bhageria Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The board of directors of Bhageria Industries Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Rs.2.50/- per Equity Share (Face Value of Rs.5/- each) i.e. 50% for the year ended March 31, 2026 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, which shall be paid/dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM.
