Bajaj Finserv Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Finserv Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 (150%) per equity share of face value of Re. 1 for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched on or before, 4 August 2026. This includes a special payout of Rs.0.20 (20%), in celebration of 100 years of Bajaj Group.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, has been fixed as Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
