RPG Life Sciences Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 24

The board of directors of RPG Life Sciences Limited has approved the recommendation of Dividend of Rs.24/- (Rupees Twenty Four only), i.e.300% per equity share of face value of Rs. 8/- (Rupees Eight only) each fully paid up, for FY 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of such approval.
