Bajaj Finance Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Finance Ltd have recommended Final Dividend on equity shares at the rate of Rs. 6 per share (600%) of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year 31 March 2026. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited on or about 03 August 2026. This includes a special payout of Rs. 0.60 per equity share out of the exceptional gain on sale of Bajaj Housing Finance Limited (BHFL) shares.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the Final Dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, has been fixed as 30 June 2026.
