Greenply Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Greenply Industries Ltd at its Meeting held today, has recommended final dividend of Re. 0.50/- per equity share of Re.1 /- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 and the Company will arrange to pay the same within 15 days of its approval by the Shareholders of the Company at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 25.08.2026.

Shares of Greenply Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 255.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 247.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4567 in over 179 trades.
