Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.58

The Board of Directors of Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited in its meeting held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.58 (fifty eight paise only) per equity share (face value of Re. 1/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 on the Equity Share Capital of the company, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
