Fabtech Technologies Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60

The board of directors of Fabtech Technologies Limited has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.60/- (Rupees Sixty Paisa only) per equity share of face value of ₹10/- (Rupees ten only) each for approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of dividend will be intimated in due course.

Shares of Fabtech Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 162.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 154.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11051 in over 147 trades.
