AGI Greenpac Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of directors of AGI Greenpac Limited has recommended the payment of Final Dividend @ 350% i.e., Rs.7/- (Rupees Seven) per equity share of Rs.2/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2026 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the 66th AGM of the Company, and the same will be credited/dispatched on or before Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 to the shareholders entitled for the same.
