Rossari Biotech Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Rossari Biotech Limited ("Board") at its meeting on Monday, April 27, 2026, have approved the Final Dividend of 25% (i.e. Re. 0.50/- per share) on Equity Shares of the Face Value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, which shall be paid/dispatched within 10 working days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the Members of the Company. Information regarding record date for payment of Final Dividend will be intimated, separately.
