UCO Bank recommends dividend of Rs. 0.44

The Board of Directors of UCO Bank, has recommended a dividend of Rs.0.44 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The payment of dividend is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
