Lodha Developers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.25

The Board of Directors of Lodha Developers Limited ('the Company'), at its meeting held on April 24, 2026 has, considered and recommended final dividend of ₹ 4.25, i.e., 42.5% per equity share of ₹ 10/- each of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Final Dividend will be paid to the members holding equity shares on the record date to be determined by the Company, after approval of the members at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
