Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 1 (100%) per Equity Share (of face value of Re. 1 each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting. The said Dividend will be paid on or before 31st July, 2026.
