DCB Bank Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 1.45

The Board of Directors of DCB Bank Limited ("the Board") at its meeting held on April 24, 2026, has recommended a dividend of Rs.1.45 (Rupee One and Paise Forty-Five only) per Equity Share of face value Rs.10/- each of the Bank, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank and other requisite approvals, if any. The dividend will be paid/despatched within the prescribed time, post approval of the Shareholders. Record Date for same will be announced in due course.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 192.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 191.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29907 in over 710 trades.
