Rajesh Power Services Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Rajesh Power Services Limited has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of 10% on Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 i. e. Rs.1/- (Rupee one only) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Seventeen Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM") of the Company.
