Zodiac Energy Ltd receives LOI for Solar Power Project in Zambia

Zodiac Energy Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from an international entity based in Zambia for execution of a turnkey solar power project for designing, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, packing and forwarding, dispatch, transportation with transit insurance, delivery on site on DAP (Delivery on Place) basis for a Ground Mounted Solar PV Power Plant 6 MWp DC, 5 MW AC & 1 MWh BESS at Lusaka, Zambia.

The aggregate value of the said order is US $3,288,000 (US Dollars Three Million Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Only) i.e., INR ₹30,85,29,808 (Thirty Crore Eighty-Five Lakh TwentyNine Thousand Eight Hundred Eight Rupees Only), approximately based on the prevailing exchange rate as on the date of this intimation.

This order is expected to strengthen the Company's presence in the renewable energy sector and contribute to the Company's revenues over the project execution period.

Shares of Zodiac Energy Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 297.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 294.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1143 in over 108 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 301.75 and intraday low of 293.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 340137.00.
