Trent Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Trent Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 22nd April 2026, considered and recommended a Dividend of 600%, i.e. Rs.6/- per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each. The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders of the Company, shall be paid on or after the third day from the conclusion of the 74th Annual General Meeting.
