Kalyani Cast Tech Ltd receives approval of Layout Plan by Town Planning Authority

Kalyani Cast Tech Limited has received approval of the proposed Non-Agricultural (NA) Layout Plan from the Town Planning Authority / Town Controller Planner, Kutch, Gujarat.

The approved layout plan pertains to the development of a Multimodal Logistics Park and Container Wagon Manufacturing Unit on land situated at Village Shivlakha, Taluka Bhachau, District Kutch, Gujarat, admeasuring approximately 114 acres.

As the construction of the factory is nearing completion, the aforesaid approval facilitates the Company in applying for and obtaining essential utilities and statutory approvals, including power connection, factory license, pollution control clearances, and eligible industrial incentives, as required under applicable laws, and enables the Company to proceed with the operationalization of the proposed project in line with its expansion strategy.

Shares of Kalyani Cast-Tech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 700.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 632.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 38500 in over 141 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 710.00 and intraday low of 631.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 26168175.00.
