Vardhman Polytex Ltd approves disposal of land at Ludhiana Unit

The Board of Directors of Vardhman Polytex Limited at its meeting held today i.e., April 21, 2026, has, considered and approved the sale, transfer, disposal, assignment or otherwise alienation of land (admeasuring 26 Acre 6 Kanal 9 Marla) and/or any part thereof situated at the Company's Ludhiana Unit located at Focal Point, Ludhiana, Punjab, in one or more tranches.

The above transaction is pursuant to the approval of the Members of the Company obtained through Postal Ballot on April 19, 2026 and such other approvals, permissions and sanctions as may be required.

The Board has also authorised Mr. Adish Oswal, Chairman & Managing Director, to negotiate, finalise, execute and complete the aforesaid transaction(s) and to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary in this regard.

The said transaction is in line with the Company's ongoing strategy to augment funds with the dual objective of repaying outstanding liabilities to lenders and supporting the company's future growth initiatives.
