Parsvnath Developers Ltd received Completion of 20.67 Acres Project in Indore

Parsvnath Developers Limited ('Company"), one of the India's leading Real Estate and Infrastructures Companies, is having one of its Projects namely 'Saatvik Green NX' in collaboration with RRHL Realty Limited located at Raukhedi, Indore (MP) on the land admeasuring an Area of 83,670 Sqm or 20.67 Acres ( 8.37 Hectares) ("Project").

The Project is located on the AB Bypass Road / Indore-Dewas Bypass, offering high accessibility near the Manglia Toll Plaza, Indore close to all educational, recreational & shopping hubs, just 20 km from Indore Railway Station, 12 Km from Bombay Hospital and 11 km from the Radisson Hotel.

The Project has three categories of residential plots viz. Silver, Gold and Platinum. The total number of Plots is 473.

The Project was started in April 2024. All the development work of the project has been completed and the Completion Certificate has been received from the Office of Collector, District Indore (MP).

Shares of Parsvnath Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8.56 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.02. The total number of shares traded during the day was 70098 in over 221 trades.
