SML Mahindra Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 23.50

The Board of directors of SML Mahindra Ltd has recommended final dividend of 235% (Rs. 23.50 per share) for the Financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.

The record date for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend is 3rd July, 2026 (Friday). The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid/dispatched by the Company in permitted modes after 21st July, 2026 within the stipulated timelines.
