NBCC Successfully concludes E-auction of commercial built-up space at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar

NBCC (India) Limited has successfully sold commercial built-up space of approx14 lac sq. ft area at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 5,779 crore.

NBCC will get marketing fee @ 1% of sale value.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 94.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93.09. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1075933 in over 7729 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 94.50 and intraday low of 92.69. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 100951464.00.
