Shreeji Shipping Global Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Kerwa coal Limited as Mine developer & Operator along with lead bid member M/s Nuravi Imports and Exports Private Limited (Nuravi), for a period twenty (20) years from the date of execution of the Agreement and may be extended for another 5 (Five) years at the sole discretion of KCL, pursuant to the non-fulfilment of obligations by the first (H1) bidder. Our company & Nuravi are in consortium of joint bidding for the said award with rights, obligations & profit-sharing ratio of 49 % & 51% respectively. The award has been granted to the Company along with the lead bid member as the next eligible bidder in the process (H2) bidder.
The aforesaid award is, however, subject to fulfilment of certain conditions precedent, including submission of the requisite Security Deposit and/or Performance Bank Guarantee by May 15, 2026. Upon fulfilment of these conditions, the contract shall become effective and binding, and the Company shall proceed with execution of the project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the award. The communication of receipt of award was received by company on March 27, 2026. The delay in making the disclosure occurred due to the late receipt of the relevant communication through physical courier. The delay was purely procedural and unintentional.
The execution of the said contract shall contribute towards revenue of the company and enhance overall financial performance of the Company.
