HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd allots 82,94,566 Equity Shares on rights basis

Pursuant to the finalization of the basis of allotment of the Issue, in consultation with the Kfin Technologies Limited and ("Registrar to the Issue") and as approved by the designated stock exchange, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the Rights Issue Committee of HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited at its meeting held today, i.e., March 27, 2026, considered and approved the allotment of 82,94,566 Equity Shares of Face Value of ₹ 10 each on Rights Basis to the eligible shareholders and/ or renouncee(s) in terms of the Letter of Offer at a price of ₹512 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹502 per Equity Share) ("Allotment").

Accordingly, pursuant to the Allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from ₹141,00,76,370 comprising of 14,10,07,637 fully paid-up Equity Shares to ₹149,30,22,030 comprising of 14,93,02,203 fully paid-up Equity Shares.

Shares of Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 524.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 531.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12254 in over 1069 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 531.80 and intraday low of 513.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6395050.00.
