IREDA Declares Interim Dividend of ₹0.60 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA) has approved the declaration of an interim dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26 in its meeting held today.

The declaration underscores IREDA's strong financial performance, healthy asset base and sustained growth momentum, while maintaining a balanced approach between business expansion and shareholder returns.

Speaking on the announcement, Shri Pradip Kumar Das, Chairman & Managing Director, IREDA, said: "The declaration of interim dividend reflects IREDA's consistent financial strength and our commitment to delivering long-term value to shareholders. As we continue to scale up our financing to support India's renewable energy ambitions, we remain focused on maintaining a prudent and sustainable approach towards growth and returns."

The record date for the interim dividend is fixed as April 2, 2026.

Shares of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 119.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 114.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1299662 in over 11424 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 120.10 and intraday low of 114.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 154574665.00.
