Pritish Nandy Communications updates on commercial recovery suit filed against Saboo Films Pvt Limited and Mrs Rita Rahul Rawail

Pritish Nandy Communications Limited (PNC) announces that vide the court order dated October 31 2025, City Civil Court, Mumbai at Mazgaon has ordered Saboo Films Pvt Ltd (Defendant No. 1) to pay to PNC the principal claim of Rs 1,50,00,000 along with interest from the date of filing the suit by PNC in 2005, amounting to Rs 2,47,29,911.

PNC is in the process of challenging the order on the ground that the decree is only against Defendant No 1 and the decree exonerates Mrs Rita Rahul Rawal (Defendant No 2). Thus, by challenging the order, PNC will seck recovery of money from Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 jointly and severally.

Shares of Pritish Nandy Communications Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 26.72 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 28.39. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1438 in over 21 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 29.40 and intraday low of 26.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 38429.00.
