Atishay Ltd secures new work order

Atishay Ltd has secured a new and significant Work Order from the State Health Agency - Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana ("Authority").

The said Work Order pertains to the printing and delivery of PVC Ayushman Cards, to be handed over to designated persons at the respective block level across the allotted districts in State of Uttar Pradesh. Under this assignment, a total of 25 districts has been allotted to Atishay Limited, namely: Sitapur, Bareilly, Hardoi, Pratapgarh, Bahraich, Kheri, Rae Bareli, Unnao, Shahjahanpur, Lucknow, Gonda, Kanpur Nagar, Pilibhit, Budaun, Fatehpur, Mirzapur, Balrampur, Banda, Jalaun, Jhansi, Kaushambi, Farrukhabad, Kanpur Dehat, Kannauj, and Shrawasti. As per the terms of the contract, the printed PVC Ayushman Cards shall be delivered to the designated Medical Officer InCharge of the Block at Community Health Centre (CHC) and shall be executed in strict compliance with the operational guidelines prescribed by the National Health Authority (NHA), New Delhi.

The total value of the Work Order is ₹4,85,82,243.20/- (Rupees Four Crores Eighty-Five Lakhs Eighty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Three and Twenty Paise only), inclusive of applicable GST, with a stipulated completion timeline of 180 days.

We further wish to highlight that the Company has also been awarded similar Work Orders for the printing and supply of Ayushman Cards in other States, including Odisha, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra. The continued award of contracts by leading Government Authorities reinforces the Company's strong execution capabilities, operational excellence, and established credibility within the public sector ecosystem.

This successive Work Order not only augments the Company's order book but also enhances revenue visibility and further strengthens its strategic positioning as a preferred partner for critical government welfare initiatives. Shares of Atishay Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 185.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 190.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5807 in over 86 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 193.50 and intraday low of 185.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1093409.00.
