The Indian Link Chain Manufactures Ltd forms subsidiary RRP Technologies Ltd

The Indian Link Chain Manufactures Ltd has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WoS) namely "RRP Technologies Limited" in India on 1st December, 2025.

The objects of incorporating a WoS is to carry on in India or elsewhere the business of manufacturing, designing, developing, formulating, assembling, buying, selling, importing, exporting, distributing, servicing, repairing, and otherwise dealing in all types of computers, computer hardware, computer peripherals, storage devices, and related equipment, including but not limited to personal computers, servers, networking devices, and communication systems.
